Mahkeme Karar\u0131 Zorunlulu\u011fu<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Miras\u00e7\u0131lar anla\u015famazsa<\/strong>, ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in\u00a0<strong>mahkemeye ba\u015fvurmak zorunluydu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taksim davas\u0131<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131 ve bu dava aylar, hatta y\u0131llar s\u00fcrebilirdi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hakim<\/strong>, ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n sat\u0131l\u0131p paraya \u00e7evrilmesine veya miras\u00e7\u0131lardan birine devredilmesine karar verebilirdi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>2.
